STRP Property Review

For one specific Nashville property. Property-specific review covers zoning, overlays, ownership, parcel conditions and other available public-record information affecting the STRP path, followed by a written summary of findings, unresolved items and required verification.
This is a review of the specific property, not a generic zoning lookup. The written findings address the permit path and property-specific issues affecting it.

Hands-on professional assistance navigating the Nashville STRP process, including applicable requirements, documentation and the application workflow.
Professional assistance continues through the applicable STRP process, from intake and document preparation through submission and follow-through. Which services apply depends on the property and its specific requirements.

Strategy Consultation

Up to 60 minutes
Up to 60 minutes of direct professional consultation with Rachel Mays focused on the specific STRP issue or complication in front of you.
Appropriate for zoning questions, ownership or entity issues, existing permits, transfer assumptions, exemptions, development-specific conditions, unusual parcel situations and other STRP questions requiring individualized analysis. Relevant materials provided in advance may be reviewed when necessary to the consultation.
